SEZ Rules & Regulations were supposed to become effective from 1st December, 2003. However, the implementation of these SEZ Rules & Regulations have been postponed till January 1, 2004. Department of Revenue has issued notification Nos 105/2003-Cus (NT) to 108/2003-Cus (NT), 82/2003-CE(NT), 169/2003-Cus to 171/2003-Cus and 77/2003-CE all dated 29-11-2003.
